Yes. You may find it convenient and more economical to create a single account in the name of your organization to manage all your applications. You can manage the access rights for the applications within the autorization section in the management application. Another approach is to establish specific accounts in the names of the individual applications that you want to isolate from others. In either approach, every individual using Viravis should still register a free personal account in order to access and personally identify themselves within all the applications that they are using.
